Applications may be declined if any of the following apply:

• Unstable or unverifiable employment
• Negative landlord history or outstanding rental balances
• Prior evictions

Serious criminal convictions (within the last 7 years)

PET POLICY

We proudly welcome pets in many of our rental homes; however, pet approval is never guaranteed and is reviewed case-by-case for each property.

• No puppies or kittens. All animals must be 12+ months old and fully potty trained.
• If approved, a one-time, non-refundable pet fee equal to 25% of one month’s rent will be charged.
• Some homes may also include monthly pet rent, depending on owner requirements.
• Please note: Certain properties are strictly no-pet units, regardless of qualifications.

Prohibited Breeds, Any dog that is of, mixed with, or resembles these breeds is not permitted—regardless of size, temperament, training, or behavior.

• Rottweiler

 We reserve the right to deny any pet at any time, before or during tenancy, if the animal is determined to be unsafe, aggressive, disruptive, or a nuisance to neighbors or the property.
